Each year, Peak Physical Therapy likes to give back to the Community.
With the help of our staff, patients, and their families, we are able to raise funds for many great causes! Some charities that we have worked with include The Rivera Memorial Foundation, Breast Cancer Awareness, Relay for Life, and New England Parkinson's Ride on behalf of The Michael J. Fox Foundation. We have also donated to the Connecticut Food Bank and the Alpha and Omega Ministry’s Community Winter Coat Drive.
We are able to raise these funds through both internal and external sources. On Fridays, Peak employees can pay $2 to wear jeans and these funds go to the Rivera Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program. We have also included patients in the fun with raffles, guessing jar games, and selling homemade cookie jars!
